Before you place your order, Lacerlot provides complimentary design consultations, which include comprehensive conversations about all aspects of the imagined dress.
We then create detailed sketches and share fabric samples, which gives our clients the freedom to proceed with ordering, or find an alternative dress solution.
After the sketch has been approved and a client decides to order a dress with Lacerlot, we purchase her specific fabric, which we cut, embroider, and dye according to her specifications.
Because each dress is so personalized, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We communicate thoroughly with clients to throughout the creation process to ensure that we're making the dress accurately, and according to what she envisioned. Lacerlot clients receive progress updates and photos from inside the studio, which allows us to respond to change requests and feedback. Once the final gown has been approved by our clients and leaves the studio, we are unable to make further alterations.
If you are unsatisfied with your Lacerlot dress, you can send your dress back to our studio, where we will do our best to respond to desired changes. The costs of the changes will reflect the hourly wages of our alterations team, and we'll give you a quote before you ship the dress back to us.
